Na esquina com a Rua Duque de Caxias há uma patisserie com ótimos doces e cafés, recomendo. Vários mercadinhos de bairro nas quadras dos arredores, alguns menos de uma quadra de distância, para qualquer coisa que precisar de última hora. A parte mais tranquila, charmosa e segura do centro de Porto Alegre.
